-Overview-
All amazing trips must come to an end but as one adventure ends, another one begins! This holiday I've been on has been the best I've ever experienced so far, so I'm planning to make the next trip even better! My flight back to Sydney is onboard a Qantas 747 which departs Hong Kong at 8:15pm and arrives into Sydney at 7:15 am, which is perfect!
-Check in-
When travelling out of Hong Kong, you got an option to either Check-in at the airport or at their dedicated Check-in desks at selected MTR stations, which are Central station, Kowloon station and Tsing Yi station. I've always opted for checking in at the MTR stations as it's quickly and simple with their being a smaller queue.
-Lounge-

I decided to spent my time before the flight in all 3 Cathay lounges and not go into the Qantas lounge, not because the Qantas lounge is bad, it's one of the best in the world but because I wanted to compare all 3 lounges Cathay had to offer while I was waiting for my flight to depart. I spent most of my time in their flagship business class lounge, The Wing. The Wing is a 2 level lounge with showers and an area to unwind downstairs and a bar with a view upstairs along with food done by The Peninsula Hotel group.
-Flight-

I arrived onboard the flight and a cabin crew member guided me up the stairs to the upper deck, where half of the business class cabin is located. A cabin member came around with a selection of drinks and a hot towel for all the business class passengers which was a nice touch before takeoff. It was a comfortable and smooth flight without an issue, well done again by the worlds safest airline.
-Meal-

I decided to skip dinner, as I satisfied my hunger in the lounge before the flight. For breakfast I chose a full breakfast which was scrambled eggs on toast with bubble and squeak, Nuremberg sausages and tomato relish, along with a side of toast and a hot chocolate. The breakfast was decent, It wasn't as good as you'd receive in a restaurant but I 100% would of preferred bacon instead of bubble and squeak... I understand bacon is on a decline with Qantas after they formed an alliance with Emirates...
-Seat-

On the upper deck of the 747, I was seat in 15k. Qantas has a decent business class product which the seat can transform into a fully lie-flat bed, the seat also has an in-built massage system. There was a generous amount of legroom between you and the seat in-front and a perk of sitting in the upper deck is that you get an extra storage unit when seated in a window seat, to place belonging in during the flight for easy access.
-In flight entertainment-

The personal touch screen monitor featured hundreds of entertainment options including the latest movies, TV programs. The monitor was 12.1 inches and came with noise cancelling headsets. The controller for the IFE was pretty standard and you'd find the same type across multiple airlines.
-Summary-
Another great flight with the worlds safest airline, Qantas. The cabin crew where extremely nice and easy to communicate with, which I always enjoy having a friendly conversation. The flight was really enjoyable and I'd definitely fly Qantas again!
